By downloading, installing, or using RealConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RealConnect. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RealConnect. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RealConnect only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post or share nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
- Share violent, graphic, or disturbing content
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Post hate speech or discriminatory content
- Share illegal content or promote illegal activities
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on RealConnect. By posting content, you grant RealConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
5. Events & RSVPs
The events feature is provided for personal and social use only. Event creators are responsible for the accuracy of event information. RealConnect is not responsible for any events created by users or any outcomes related to attending such events.
6. Privacy
Your use of RealConnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Content Moderation & Reporting
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice. Users can report inappropriate content or behaviour directly in the app. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Account Deletion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
RealConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of RealConnect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
